Estimate to Replace all 3 inch and 2 inch cast-iron in basement, replacing 2/3 inch toilet flanges, replacing 2/2 inch PVC glue traps under tub’s as well as tub waste an overflow and adding a backwater valve. Overall scope of work is going to consist of replacing approximately 60 feet of 3 inch pipe and approximately 40 foot of 2 inch pipe all fittings and labor included in this price. We will be attaching two existing lavatory galvanized drains directly at subfloor.I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing on these items as well as included estimate on a water heater that has over 14 years old.
