Arrived at customers home greeted customer was shown to washing machine down stairs in basement upon inspection customer replaced washing machine hoses and they are leaking removed hoses and checked for rubber washer both hoses have them the hoses have been damaged is why they are leaking from behind the hookup gave customer multiple options to repair/replace
