After arriving to the home the homeowner showed me to the hall bathroom where he has been attempting to repair the lavatory faucet, after assessment of the fixture the homeowner of myself agree fixture is beyond repair and will need to be replaced, at this point the homeowner made me aware that he wish to purchase his own fixture, after verifying the integrity of the emergency shut off valves, the homeowner made me aware that the house is seven years old, at that point we moved to the basement where I located the pressure tank and observed that there is not a whole home emergency shut off valve, but there is a shut off valve for the tankless water heater, at this time the homeowner is going to go out and purchase his own fixture and call back when ready to schedule work
