Upon arrival we spoke with the homeowner who made us aware of the sewer smell that she had coming from the bathroom and also the wet spots in the yard near the approximate location of the leach field. After further evaluation I made the homeowner aware that I would like to have our septic and camera specialist come out and take a look at the leach field with the camera and also locate the leach field, the homeowner stated that she would love for him to come out, so he is scheduled for 9/22 morning after 9am per customer request. I then gave upfront options and pricing, after signature approval I then began to pump the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids also cleaning the filter at no charge and adding a free enzyme treatment.
