➖Water heater tune up Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware of that he wanted to get a $79 water heater tuneup done. I’ve been proceeded to cut the power off to the heater and drain the water heater down to flush out any sediment that was in it once the heater was drained I turn the water back on to the heater and flushed out more sediment out of the heater. Once all the sediment was flushed out of the heater I close the valve off to the heater and filled the heater. Once the water heater was full I tested to make sure that the TMP was working properly as well as bleed any air out of the lines. The heater is heating currently and everything is working properly.
