Removing the copper pipe in the crawlspace and installing new pex pipe in the crawl space and through the floors into the cabinets with new emergency shut offs as well as hooking on to the hot and cold for the showers as well as 2 hose bibs The significant leak was caused by a nail going through the copper pipe that was located in the kitchen behind the refrigerator where the old washer box was still in place and connected. The leak caused the entire subfloor of the kitchen to be soaked all the way through and dripping in the crawlspace as well as flooding water on the floor inside the kitchen above. There was also a leak found under the kitchen sink and near the washer box leak. These leaks have caused damaged noted in pictures. There was also noticeable drywall repair to be done as well from the cause of this leak and now that this leak has been taken care of the washer box has been removed and capped all restoration is able to be done.
