Replace garbage disposal mounting bracket/basket strainer, and tubular waste Disconnect the existing garbage disposal and tubular drain piping beneath kitchen sink Once disposal is removed, disassemble and remove mounting bracket/basket strainer on left side of sink Clean and prep sink drain hole Install new disposal mounting bracket/basket strainer, and secure to the sink with plumbers putty for a water tight fit Reconnect existing garbage disposal to mounting bracket Create new tubular waste piping, connect to disposal, and right side of the sink, and connect to existing main drain in the wall Test sink for proper function upon completion 90 day warranty We were called out today because Mrs. Hammert noticed standing water under the kitchen sink. We had come out about a month prior and replaced one of the basket strainers, and that side of the sink was fine.
