Upon arrival to the house the customer stated that the exterminator noticed a piece of busted pipe in the crawlspace at this time I began my investigation which led me to find a 4 inch piece of PVC pipe with a large hole in it which is causing sewage and water to dump out of the pipe every time a fixture is ran, Add this time I informed the customer of what I found and he immediately called restore pro to see when they can come out here and clean up the crawlspace so we will have a clean environment to work in and fix the leak properly at that time restore pro will call him as soon as they know a time that they can be out here and to resolve the crawlspace issue at this time the customer will call us and let us know when they will be out here and when they think they will be completed with the job so we can come out here and fix the issue so this doesn’t reoccur
