Includes: -performing complete re-bed of acid neutralizer -performing yearly descale of tankless water heater After arriving to the home to perform previously discussed work I began by shutting off the power and gas to the existing tankless water heater followed by hooking up my flush kit and allowing the manufacture specified descaling solution to recirculate through the unit, I then moved to the other crawlspace where I shut the water off to the Home and removed the mechanical head for the existing acid neutralizer followed by bedding a new 10 x 54 acid neutralizer tank with 1.5 Cubic feet of calcite followed by swapping the two tanks and returning water to the home and finally putting the water system back in service, I then revisited the tankless water heater Where I removed the flush kit followed by purging the appliance With clean water and put in the unit back in service, at this time everything is functioning properly without failure, both water system and tankless water hea
