Upon arrival I spoke with the customer and she explained to me that they just had the tank pumped a few months ago and that the tank is backing up again. After further evaluation I then gave an upfront option and price on pumping up to 1000 gallons. Once gaining signature approval I then began to expose the septic tank lids and pump the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids. After pumping the tank I made the customer aware that the drain field was not working properly and that we could have the camera and sewer specialists come out Wednesday afternoon to further assess the situation and provide upfront options and pricing on fixing the issue.
