On today’s visit the customer made me aware she was looking to install a yard hydrant on the other side of her three season area which would entail us running a new waterline from basement door at right side of home all the way around the right side of the property up to the Greenway area next to three season building and installing a yard hydrant so that the customer can water grass and garden. Also prior to job and or any excavation 811 Will be called to prevent any damage while digging. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and she informed me that she would like to speak to her partner who at this time is unreachable in Fort Bragg. Upon arrival customer stated that both hose bibs are leaking and the circulating pump is no longer working on tankless -circulating pump was turned off customer stated that electrician may have turned it off when putting in new Circuit -check both hose bibs and nether of them are leaking but the irrigation timers connected to them are made customer aware that can’t work on them
Descale rinnai tankless water heater on right side of home Customer also stated the it seem to be circulating the water for Instant hot water but want to have it descaled first to see if that’s the issue I did look at circulating line and it hot at this time as if it has been circulating After getting customer approval I shut tankless down and flushed for 1 hour after flushing removed screen filter and cleaned as well then flushed tankless with clean water for 10 minutes after putting back in service turned water back on and circulating pump came on with no issues and ran until temperature was reached
