-install tankless water heater at rear of home -size and install gas line to facilitate tankless water heater up to code -contract an electrician to wire in a dedicated circuit -1 year can’t write a check warranty -drained and removed 40 gallon natural gas water heater in Aqua hut -disassembled and removed Aqua hut -mounted Navian tankless on back of home between two windows insured 4ft from each -drill though side of home for water lines and gas line -cut into black iron gas line under home installed 3/4 tee and gas shut off -ran new 3/4 csst gas line from shut off to black iron coming in off tankless -install hot and cold service valves at tankless -made hot and cold connections -installed out door vent top -installed bottom cabinet
