On today’s visit the customer made me aware that the first floor master and guest bath rooms were not draining at all but all the downstairs is functioning properly. Investigating downstairs I find no evidence of an actual sewage ejector pump. There is a sump pump in the fully finished basement but after running multiple loads of laundry and flushing both toilets as well as running showers all continue to drain properly and pump never engaged. As far as the first floor goes we took a look at the original septic tank drawings and we’re unable to determine exactly where the tank is located. I have scheduled for our septic specialist to return to the site today and camera and locate exact area of septic tank.
