After arriving to the property a representative from the remodeling company met me to explain the situation, the contractors building the new foundation for the master suite addition onto the Home have struck the water line coming from the whale to the pressure tank in multiple spots, and proceeded to finish the foundation before making repairs to the waterline, the existing material is blue polybutylene waterline which is no longer being manufactured nor do they make repair parts for it, after assessment of the situation I have provided multiple upfront prices to run a new waterline from the whale around the backside of the property staying approximately 5 to 10 foot after new foundation and tying into the home, given that the property is vacant the representative from the kitchen remodel company is going to take this information to the person overseeing the renovation budget and contact me with any questions comments or concerns.
