Remove non working “water logged” pressure tank, and install new 20 gallon pressure tank Replace brass tee, and install new pressure switch and gauge, and rewire new electrical components Remove old hose bibs from front, and rear of home Install 8” frost proof hose bibs Secure to brick foundation by using anchors and screws 1 year “can’t write a check” warranty We were called out to give pricing for replacing two hose bibs, which were leaking, and to diagnose an issue the home was having with its water supply where the pressure seemed to be going up and down rapidly. After talking with the customer more, and looking over the area, we determined that the water pressure issue was due to the pressure tank being ‘water logged’ and thus no longer performing its intended function. This was causing the pressure switch to open and close rapidly, which was then causing the well pump to turn on and off.
