We were called out today because the customer had noticed her toilets, which were installed by us, were not flushing strong enough. Ms. Pearson explained to me that the toilet bowls were not holding enough water, and the flush itself did not seem to flow strongly. I was able to adjust the fill valve in the master toilet so that more water would fill in the bowl, however on the hallway toilet, I was not able to adjust the fill valve due to the flush valve overflow tube being non adjustable on that unit. Unfortunately this toilet is not able to be rebuilt in a way that would correct this issue, the only solution would be to have a different toilet installed.
