We created a new drain line for a lavatory faucet, and tied it into the main drain line in the basement. I began by cutting a section out of the main line and installing a T shaped fitting, and I drilled a hole through the floor and installed a 1.5” pipe to connect the sink to the drain line. I coupled onto the main line with no hub bands. The install went well, and after finishing and testing the fixture, everything is working as it should. The new piping is well secured through the floor. Customer paid via card.
