After arriving to the home the homeowner made me aware that the residence is vacant and currently being remodeled, water heater is functioning but seems to be leaning, after observing numerous spots in the home where the floor is rotted out and falling in including area surrounding the water heater I provided two upfront prices to the homeowner for removal of the heater and or replacing the unit if necessary, The homeowner is going to consult with her husband before making a decision
