Upon arrival we spoke with the customer, he showed us where the septic tank was and he stated that he would dig up the tank lid, after call back when dug up and return trip the tank has slab lids and after removing the tank lid we evaluated the tank and after evaluation the tank needed to be agitated so that the pump truck could pump the tank, after signature approval we began to agitate the tank and pump the tank, after completion of pumping the tank, do to age and structure integrity pumped tank to best of ability and scraped out we made customer aware that in the future the tank may need to be replaced, unable to see outlet line to determine how well leach field is performing, reset 4x4 cement lid back down on top of tank
