Upon arrival customer said home was starting to smell, tank was pumped roughly a few years ago but was not dug up, and was not sure if filter was there or not, Gave upfront pricing to pump tank and dog up both lids, and check filter, made aware that tank may need agitating if solids are bad, with signature approval we probed and location tank lids, dug up both lids, found that that solids where bad enough could dig in with shovel, made customer aware tank will need agitating, with approval removed filter on outlet and cleaned as it has not been done in a wile at no charge, Agitating solids in tank so truck would pump, we scraped all solids out and pumped liquid side of tank also Found that main sewer was also clogged coming into tank we sucked this out also. Advices customer to poor water or vegetable oil down unused drains to keep trap sealed
