After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of how is sewer ejector pump for his septic system had started failing, specifically tripping the breaker. This started Saturday, 10/01. Previously, the homeowner replaced the pump, from a 1/2 HP to a 3/4 HP, and when doing so, he removed the alarm floats, and start and stop float for the pump. Currently the 3/4 HP is an automatic float pump, which plugs directly into a 120V outlet. He also made me aware of how the septic tank has not been pumped in 35 years. A flower bed covers the tank, and currently the inlet and outlet are unknown. Since I am unable to get any accurate information for the pump amperage draw, and the original pump specifications and requirements, I have provided estimates to restore the pump to its original specs based off what the homeowner has told me. After discussing with the homeowner, we have decided to go with Option 1. I have Collected a deposit for 25%, and have started the process to order parts. We w
