Upon arriving to home, customer welcomed me in. We discussed a few items she was concerned about. Her water pressure to her felt low in multiple areas of the home. Backyard hose bib leaking when turned on. Customer wanted to know price about water heater flush costs. She showed me to all locations of plumbing in and around the home. Electric Water heater from 2016 is located in the garage. Main shut off is in garage as well. Tested T&P and water pressure. Pressure reading around 70 psi. Current water pressure is reading fine for home. Continued safety check list throughout home. All aerators for faucets have build up not allowing proper water flow to occur except for master bathroom. Dye tested three toilets. No leaks at this time. Checked all plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, tubs and showers for proper function. Highly recommend performing water heater flush and new aerators for faucets. Garbage disposal is working fine at this time.
