Install two customer supplied toilets and replace the emergency stop to one of them. Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that her newly installed toilets were not what she wanted and also one was leaking from the base. One of her emergency stops was also locked up, in which I replaced it and it is functioning properly. After offering multiple options and upfront pricing the homeowner decided to have me replace both toilets with customer supplied toilets. After installation I tested both toilets thoroughly and everything is functioning properly.
