I arrived today to take a look at a few issues the homeowners has been experiencing. First issue was located in the master bathroom. The homeowner needed a handle replaced on a one piece Kohler toilet. They have a home warranty and they have had issues with three different companies coming out and not being able to replace the handle. Everything else has already been replaced in the toilet, such as the fill valve and flapper. Next was a outside hose bib. It leaks when in use, she just needs the leak to stop from the anti siphon. Lastly is a septic issue. They had the tank pumped 2 months ago, and they had an issue with their drain field simultaneously. Some water would stand at the corner of their fence. She claims this issue is still ongoing and she wants to verify that no other issues exist, I made her aware that only a camera inspection could determine if an issue still exists. At this time, I have created 3 different options to resolve the issues at hand. I have emailed them to her
