Run sewer machine in clean out to clear blockage and clean back flow preventer may have to be dug up to clear Made customer aware that back flow could be damaged but not sure until line is clear After getting customer approval I camera line from double direction clean out in front of stoppage and found roots after getting line to go down pulled roots from back flow and found that there is no cap on back just has a 6 inch riser sitting on top of it and the gate is missing camera line again all the way to street and everything looked good camera back to home and 90 going to home is also broken with roots and there on looked fine line is a foot and a half in ground and there is a pretty good size root going over top of it made customer aware it could have pushed line down causing it to brake if it wasn’t bedded correctly Also made customer aware that with roots we can guarantee how long it will be before back up again
