replace t/p safety valve and pipe down if not already replace existing 2 gal expansion tank. Dispatch fee 49 Upon arrival customer made me aware that the temperature and pressure relief valve was leaking on his water heater so I tested his water pressure and found it to be in range at 65 psi, tested his expansion tank and found that it had failed and is waterlogged causing the temperature and pressure relief to relieve itself periodically. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and at this time we chose to replace the expansion tank and temperature and pressure relief. I found the temperature Of the water heater to be on the high side set roughly at 150° and have recommended to the customer that I set it at 120°.
