Upon arrival customer made me aware that he had a major drain leak after he took a bath and he feels like it was coming from the overflow. I inspected the overflow area and attempted to disassemble it to assess the situation and due to the condition I was unable to get it apart. The customer will be either contracting or doing himself removing the kitchen light fixture and cutting approximately a 3 x 3 hole in sheet rock so that we can come back out and further assess the situation but this time we feel we are going to need to replace the tub drain and overflow.
