Includes: -removal of all existing hot and cold water lines and replacement with pex -new quarter turn emergency shut off valves attached to existing supply lines at each fixture -opening walls only where necessary to make access -piping all possible drops through floor -new whole home emergency shut off valve, pressure regulator and thermal expansion tank All work will be performed to or exceed current North Carolina plumbing code ***does not include Sheetrock repair*** Returned on 5/6/21 to begin work. Touched base with customer for any questions or concerns. No concerns. We began by shutting water off to home. We then cut old copper water lines out and removed from craw space. We cut sheet rock behind shower valves and drilled holes threw the bottom of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We then installed new waterlines and made all Connection. We then cut water back on and tested for leaks. No leaks. Job is complete.
