Replace hose bib. With customer going with option 2 I was able to start the job. We started by cutting water off to home. We then cut pex line that was feeding the hose bib. I was then able to put a pex ready Woodford hose bib through the wall and tie on to pex in craw space. We then cut water back on to home and tested for leaks. No leaks. I was then able to silicone outside edge of hose bib. Job now is complete. This job comes with 2 year parts and labor.
