Replace float switch in lift station On initial visit I found that the float switch was working intermittently causing water level to rise and trigger alarm in lift station. This is due to a bad float switch not actuating every time. I did find that the pump is functioning properly in manual mode. On today’s visit I was able to replace the float switch within the lift station and reattach to mounting pole after I installed the switch I tested the switches functionality above and below ground and now It is functioning properly and sending the wastewater to its designated area. Also during the installation I ensured that the float level and the alarm level were set properly. Now the lift station system is functioning at 100% Nick pleasants Snow camp,nc
