Upon arrival to the home the customer stated they were having brown water coming out of the faucets occasionally but not all the time, after completing a water test and discovering that they already had an old filtration system from the previous homeowners that had not been service properly and it was just old and in need of replacement, as well as the water heater being original to the home and the pressure tank, after talking with the homeowner and getting up some prices and options for them and presenting them to her she chose to have me email her option one and option three for her to go over with her boyfriend when he gets off of work, we will do a follow up call tomorrow afternoon with the homeowners to see if they have any questions or any concerns that they would like to address and ask at that time
