Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner she showed me and explained to me the issue she was having with her water heater, after further evaluation of the issue she made me aware that the water heater was still under manufacturers warranty and that the manufacture was going to replace the heater at no charge, I then gave up front options and pricing on us picking up the water heater and her picking up the water heater with us installing the heater and bringing it back up to code, after presenting the options we then filled out the financing forms, After filling out the financing forms the customer needed to call the financing company so they can get more information, At this time the customer stated that she would call the financing company and once everything was done she would give us a call back to confirm with us.
