Upon arrival I touched base with customer for any questions or concerns. No concerns. We began by putting the camera in sewer main to locate damaged area. We located issue about 20 ft from front of home. I took the tracoe dug down about two foot to find the break in the pipe. I was then able to cut out bad section of pipe. Which was about a 3ft piece. The whole top side was crushed in. Not sure how It happened but from a professional opinion It’s been this way for a while. We then install 2 heavy duty pipe bands and new piece of pipe to repair issue. We tested for leaks. No leaks. Jobs complete
