we called several other companies with no call back. RC was the only company that answered the phone and followed up with us that afternoon. Justin came out that afternoon, identified the problem and fixed it within three hours. I was super impressed with his professionalism and he was very knowledgeable. With our plumbing emergency happening in the middle of the holiday, it was super helpful to get the military discount. I would definitely refer Justin and RC to any of my friends and family and would definitely call him back if I had another plumbing problem. The reliability alone is worth every penny!
