Customer found us on Google term of plumber kingsport, tn. Customer has a shower valve assembly that twisted out of the wall when making a repair. We are replacing the complete shower valve assembly as it is damaged beyond repair.
Customer has small quantity of hot water as they are running out of hot water very quickly. We are diagnosing the water heater and inspecting the elements and thermostats.
