Johnson Mensah provided excellent technical support and counsel in the recovery of our condominium from significant water damage from the unit above in less than 2 weeks. His technical knowledge and thorough investigation and restoration into the degree of water damage was reassuring and he counseled my wife and I through the process. (He is well respected by his teammates for his professional work ethic as well). His professional manner and thoughtfulness were welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Johnson!

Brendan came to my condo this morning to begin remediation from a water leak. He was very professional, explaining what he was doing and taking care of my belongings. He also told me about future steps and set up a return date. Brendan was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable.

Gerald and Brandon were great! They arrived quickly, were very polite, and explained every step of the process. They put health and safety first, wearing masks and shoe coverings upon entering our home.
