After our sewer backed up I contacted Restore Plumbing since I had used them once before and was extremely impressed with there customer service and professional and friendly plumbers. This time was no exception, from my call with speaking with Erika to the plumber (Dan R) I was extremely impressed. The last time they were here we had Tom who was GREAT! He checked everything, explained the situation and took care of the problem. Dan R, addressed our sewer backup and he also checked everything out, explained what was wrong and explained my options in regards to addressing the problem. He made sure I understood the situation, what needed to be done and listened carefully to my questions and concerns and addressed each of them professionally and with great customer service. We set up appointment for the work to be done and Dan R & Chris arrived promptly on time, repaired the problem and made sure I knew what was being done. They were very neat & clean while working and made sure everything was taken care of before they left. I highly recommend Restore Plumbing and they will be my plumbers from now on.
