Great service experience, took the stress out of a frustrating situation!

My parents' hot water heater went out and an estimate from a big box store's outsourced service was grossly overpriced. A second opinion from Ridgeway Plumbing/Mechanical (Atlanta Water Heaters) was a pleasant surprise. The service tech, Brian, requested a few HWH heater pics/details and was at my parents' house with a HWH in a little over an hour. Brian was respectful of my parents' home, friendly, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the HWH replacement process. The estimate and final cost was also $800 less than the big box store's outsourced service! Ridgeway Plumbing Atlanta will certainly be me my word-of-mouth recommendation going forward and the call I make for any plumbing repairs.
