This Company responded as soon as we checked on Angies List. Literally minutes only. The repairman came out the next morning and saw that our Sump Pump was beyond repair. He did not try to fool us about that. He did offer to install a new one and the costs . He disconnected the faulty back up system and removed it at our request.
