Performed leak detection on home. Failed pressure test. Performed cut and cap on 3/4” cold line hose bib. Traced line back to 3/4”x3/4”x 1/2” manifold. Cut open manifold per&or end water test to confirm water loss test. Performed cap on 3/4” line leading to hose bib on back side of home.
Repipe whole house in pex 2 bathroom
Reroute 3/4” hot line from bottom of wal up over head in ceiling across and down wall to re feed rest of manifold. Type of pipe usd is PEX A type piping.

Technician performed cut and cap from back of water heater 3/4” hot line. To 3/4” hot manifold on other side of laundry room. Technician performed pressure test again from front of home. Passed.

Previous Technician came out to do a leak detection. Follow up with secondary leak detection.upon arrival Customer complaint of water droplet on first floor tile floor after rains. Technician did research on history at home and mitigation, flushing toilets and running bath water causing no drips. Technician noticed CV boot on roof for ventilation pipe of said plumbing has cracks and weathering. Technician recommends roofer to come out and fix said problem.
