Repair leak under porch, concrete slab, dead leak detection and can hear water running under slab
Sent customer estimate for pressure regulator and ball valve three-quarter inch customer would like to get a couple quotes
Did leak detection found irrigation leak crack under the dirt and underneath the slab two different leaks spoke to customer and let him know that we need to eliminate one to get to the next sent a estimates and will get back to us as soon as he’s ready to take care of issue
Located 1/2" hot water line that burst under floor tiles in the restroom. Recommend reroute to avoid breaking floor tiles.

Replaced the heat rejection system and contractor. Restored power and verified the system is working properly. Diagnosed the refrigerant pressures. Return next week Wednesday morning July 17th to do two $77 tune up special for the upstairs and downstairs system.
