Tech Performed Monthly Maintenance Tech flushed water heater multiple times in order to expel any and all debris and calcium build up. Tech performed manual flush on each and every angle stop in unit. Tech recommend replacement of angle stops in bullpen sink and under lab sink due to shut off not closing properly. Leak Detection Report Main copper manifold was behind washing machine, three-quarter main feed to master bathroom, connecting other two restrooms for a total of three restrooms. Reroute water line to avoid damage to the tile floors in the kitchen. We will need to cut approx. Ten 12x12 drywall holes. Video Attached for reroute path from manifold to manifold. Tech recommended to avoid damage to the tile floors. Cold water line was capped off to stop the leak. We had to reconnect it so they have water. Customer is going to leave the water off to the house and turn it on to fill up the toilets with water to use the bathroom.
Technician perform live detection at home Technician started off with whole home pressure test. Failed. Technician, then use acoustic lead to talk to machine to locate point of interest. POI was behind washing machine, three-quarter main feed to master bathroom, connecting other two restrooms for a total of three restaurants. Perform cut and cap on three-quarter line line located. Perform pressure test held. Burst waterline on three-quarter cold. Feed to rest of home.
