The plumber was very nice and truly felt bad that he good not find a reason for our issue and left with it unresolved. However, that was quite disappointing. Furthermore, my husband later snaked the drain, pulled out a HUGE mess of stinky stuff and the issue was resolved. Why didn't the plumber try and snake the drain or clean it out? Very upsetting and costly. They did come out Pronto, but an hour and half later, no resolution and a few less dollars in my bank account.

I called Pronto Plumbing yesterday about water on the basement floor. With the frequent downpours and flooding everywhere, I was not too optimistic about anyone being available to come here at any point the same day. What a surprise! Not only did John arrive and diagnose the problem but, before noon today, the project was completed. He and his co-worker upgraded the sump pump, installed a back up battery system and redirected the exterior drain pipe to ensure the next door neighbors would not have the water draining into their basement. A potential disaster was averted. Well done, Thank You!
