Install new main service panel. Install new main grounding. Install new main lug pane 125 amp 24 spaces. Permitting
Repair broken wire for chime in attic.
Troubleshoot power for 2 receptacles in balcony and one in living room.
Install 2 Recesscan in exIsting circuit. Run dedicate line 20 amp in bedroom and convert two 15 amp existing circuit to 20 amp circuit.
Inspect electrical panel inside house. No burn out marks. Power is fine. Everything is thight.
Install new flood light in carport area.
