After the first plumber tried to sell me some shady code requirements, Kyle was a refreshing breath of honesty. At the end of the day, he took his time to diagnose the problem and finally install a replacement water heater - all after the end of a normal day. It made for a long day for him, but I'm a very satisfied customer.

Installed Phyn smart valve for homeowner with a new #1 shut off and a new 3/4” PRV. Tightened shower head and tub spout in guest bath. Reversed the shower cartridge in master bath shower.
Replaced ptrap on laundry sink in basement.
Relit Pilot Light & Sent Estimates For Replacement
Restored flow on the kitchen and washing machine drain line with the use of an electric snake.
Removed hair from shower drain and restored flow. We noticed it was a slow drain. We brought this to the customers attention. He said he would call us back again if needed, to do a thorough drain snaking.
Southside Plumbing replaced the kitchen faucet with a new pull down faucet from Delta. The new unit was provided by the homeowner.
Installed a fridge valve and secondary valve behind the fridge
Replaced hose bibb on front corner of the house.
The master shower drain periodically backs up and the client has been attempting to clear it with liquid plumber. Southside Plumbing ran a drain cable down approximately 22 feet. A little bit of hair was pulled out, and the drain now seems to operate properly. The shower was ran continuously for 10 minutes without any slow draining.
Cleared out drain on right hand sink in master bathroom. Swapped handles between sinks in master bathroom, (cold handle was heavily corroded and broke). Homeowner contacting Delta for replacement. Pulled toilet in main floor bathroom for floor refinishing.
