Chris did a fantastic job installing a new valve tree for my main water entry and irrigation system. . He is very professional and explains details of what and why things need to be done. Installation looks great and done at a good price!

Prompt, Friendly Servicd

I placed a request online and received a phone call back the same day. Kyle was friendly and competent. He gladly answered all of my questions and replaced our leaky valve. As we recently moved into our house, he helped me to understand what each valve was for and offered to label them for me. He went the extra mile and I won’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing needs.

Service

For those of us who don't have computer access, it is necessary to receive a phone call to let us know a "window of time" for service. Otherwise, service is great. Will use Southside again.

The home is to be listed for sale soon and the current owner wants to update a few fixtures. The master bathroom faucets were replaced as well as the kitchen faucet. The tub faucet in the master bathroom faucets had to be repaired with a new cartridge to reattach the handle properly. There was also a toilet in the bedroom bath closest to the front door that needed repair parts installed in it.

Southside Plumbing will install a water softener unit from NOVO. The installation will exclude the sprinkler system and the hose spigots, and will only supply treated water to the interior fixtures. A drainage stand pipe will be constructed on the nearby stack to aid in the discharging of the softener without haven’t any potential splatter or spray back from a floor drain connection.

I will remove all valves and repipe the copper pipe for the tree. This will make sure all valves work and the existing leak get taken care of. I installed a new number 1, vacation valve, irrigation and a new prv with a hammer arrestor.

After jetting the drain line looks fairly clean the entire distance which consisted of about 101ft to the main in the street. Also cleared out the kitchen drain line. Added on new garbage disposal, P-trap, baffle tea, and a flange pipe underneath the kitchen sink. I’ll order out some bathroom sinks along with some sump pumps as well. A new gas line was installed to supply fuel to the kitchen range. Drywall had to be cut out to install the piping in the ceiling. Shut off valve was installed in the mechanical room as well as behind the appliance.
