Chris did a fantastic job installing a new valve tree for my main water entry and irrigation system. . He is very professional and explains details of what and why things need to be done. Installation looks great and done at a good price!

Prompt, Friendly Servicd

I placed a request online and received a phone call back the same day. Kyle was friendly and competent. He gladly answered all of my questions and replaced our leaky valve. As we recently moved into our house, he helped me to understand what each valve was for and offered to label them for me. He went the extra mile and I won’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing needs.

Service

For those of us who don't have computer access, it is necessary to receive a phone call to let us know a "window of time" for service. Otherwise, service is great. Will use Southside again.

The kitchen drain line was failing in a few sections due to age. The line was replaced from the kitchen all the way down to the crawlspace with PVC piping. After removal of the old pipe we noted several cracks In the ABS piping. All fittings including the expansion coupling were replaced. Southside plumbing also installed new p-traps and clean out under the kitchen sink. Parts and labor warranty for 1 year.

The pressure in the home is not sufficient enough to properly run the sprinkler system. The pressure is at 60PSI on the front hose Bibb. The pressure drops to 18-22PSI whenever the sprinklers are ran. At first, it was believed that the regulator was bad. The current regulator was installed Feb 2023 by Southside Plumbing. A different regulator was installed today and the same results occurred. The pressure could not be raised over 60 with a regulator on the main. The regulator was removed all together and the pressure is now at 62PSI in the same location. Without the regulator, the pressure drops to about 45-50 PSI when the sprinklers are ran. The home was left without a regulator installed.

Scoped drain lines from basement bathroom in chapel. All lines clear from bathroom group and out at least 40’. Identified a fitting with water pooling and potentially causing blockages down the road. Will return to camera with facilities and do a line location for the potential repair of the pooling area.

The kitchen drain line was repaired due to cracks on the drain causing damage in the basement. The drain was cracked just below the floor. The back of the cabinet had to be cut out to access the tees behind the kitchen sink. The piping was replaced down to the basement. The abs piping was replaced with pvc plastic.

Customer called about a broken backflow. Southside Plumbing inspected the backflow and noted that the internal parts should be replaced. Spoke to the customer and opted to replace just the internal parts. Southside Plumbing replaced the parts. Southside Plumbing will warranty parts and labor for one year.
