You guys were fantastic! You squeezed us in next day between 8 and 10am as you had an emergency crew out on a call the evening before to deal with a hospital issue. Prior to arrival your tech called and confirmed what was shared with the scheduling team as well as their arrival time estimate. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris Cosby-Reed who was dressed in uniform and a great employee appearance. Chris reviewed again the issue with me showing what I had found. He examined the issue momentarily and then shared the price book and options with me, starting with the most cost effective first with the understanding that it could go up should he hit any issues upon his way. Chris was prepared with all necessary tools For the job! He gathered the equipment and got right to it. With a great sigh of relief (as my wallet wasn’t getting wrecked) I was told the issue was addressed and could visually see the clearance. Christ was detailed, thorough, and answered all questions that I tossed at him with honesty! He was incredibly respectful, hardworking, and thankful for the business. He spoke highly of the company and was simply a pleasure to work with. I have put a call in to the service manager who is responsible for the techs in hopes that this would be passed along to Chris as well as he simply was phenomenal from start to finish with us on this job. We did not just feel like another customer he was collecting money from. He showed a genuine interest and cared enough to listen as we discussed everything! Kudos to TLC! I appreciate you, and the work you have provided for us. We will certainly consider you again in the future if an issue were to arise.
