Charlie came over to look at our water heater because it kept shutting off. He diagnosed the problem and can over first thing the next morning with the part to fix it because we did not have hot water. He even offered suggestions as to what to do to avoid the problem again. Very helpful!

Diagnose heater problems is excessive sediment on bottom of tank causing high temperature limit switch to trip. Recommend changing gas valve and installing whole house filter before unit.
