Dee was honest with me about what needed to be repaired. He was so helpful with explaining that my tub drain had all the signs of a functioning drain. Who knew that vortex and gurgling actually had explanations. I loved it. Prices are fair relatively speaking. The estimate was FREE ! ! They came out on a holiday and called to keep me updated on arrival time and on being 15 minutes later than expected. I felt helped and informed all throughout the appointment. I will give them a 4 stars only because I wish their estimate was a line item, separating labor from cost of products. It’s the best way to compare quotes. That being said Dee guided me through choices and he is coming back Thursday to install a garbage disposal that I will purchase. I’m tired of businesses not calling back, with customer service that does nothing to help when things don’t work as expected. I am using Wedgwood Plumbing because I have confidence in truely honest plumbers. So refreshing to trust the workers that enter our homes.
