Of course, my plumbing problem was an emergency---water leaking from my bathroom down to the garage below. With a smile in her voice, Erica calmly let me know I would be the second call of the day. When DJ and Damondrick arrived, they politely assessed the problem, gave me their estimate, and assured me they could complete the repair. These two young men were POLITE, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. On top of that, once they completed the big repair, I asked them to look at two outdoor faucets. One was not broken, but the second one needed something new. They offered to fix it at that very moment, and once they were finished, they would not add the charge to my bill. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am so happy that I found Wedgeworth Plumbing. They are my new favorite plumbing company! Their boss is a lucky guy!
