From my first call to the company, to the sales quote process, and to completion; this company is top notch and a solid A+! Their customer service is bar none! Thomas the phone service rep is phenomenal(I am a customer service consultant and it’s hard to meet my standards). Justin the sales manager is a true professional who is 100% customer focused, responsive and on top of his game. Justin will do whatever it takes to ensure a great experience for his clients. The crew was exactly the same- professional, responsive, skilled and their attention to customer service is beyond wonderful. The team manager Jody is nothing but amazing too, she’s not handling my project individually but she was super responsive when I had a request and special scheduling needs. She was very accommodating and followed up with me twice to ensure that everything worked well for me. I have not met any plumbing/construction company that has a team that worked like a well oiled machine, with consistently great customer service! Despite having unexpected challenges on our tricky site for water line replacement, the team went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Thank you Jeremy, Shannon and Brandon for the great job done on site ! You guys are truly caring professionals and it’s been a pleasure having you work on our water line replacement project and yard restoration after. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, humor and hard work! It made a challenging project so much easier with you guys in charge.
